John started installing security systems in April 1999 after working for his father for ten years as a TV aerial and satellite dish installer and started trading as John Carr Security in July 2005. As well as installing security systems, John can often be found on a television or film set as he also works as an action vehicle/picture car driver. He started acting classes in 2014 and has also had some small acting roles.
